  • Can I buy tickets on the day?
We do encourage you to buy your tickets in advance, as there may not be any availibility left on the day! There are lots of tickets options.
  • Do I need to print my tickets?
We love a tree hug here at Cwtchlaa HQ, and far prefer them in their natural environment. We suggest downloading tickets onto your phone which will be scanned on arrival. Printed tickets will also be accepted.
  • Can I have a refund of my tickets?
As per our terms & conditions we do not refund tickets. You're welcome to sell them, but please for no more than face value.
  • Where can I buy tickets?
Great question! Simply click HERE to head to our dedicated ticketing page.
  • Where is Cwtchlaa taking place?
We're excited to be heading to the stunning Pembrey Country Park this 2025, with our festival taking place on the Archery Field. Full event signage will be available.
  • Can I park at the festival?
There is limited pre-bookable parking on-site, priced at £5 when booked advance. However, when this sells out we will introduce a park & ride option too.
  • I have a park season ticket - do I still need to pay for parking?
No, you can use your season ticket to park in one of the country park's car parks. The £5 car park option, is to park in the adjacent on-site festival car park.
  • Is there an accessibility area?
We will have an allocated accessibility viewing area. However, the festival takes place on a green field and is an open-air event. Ground conditions are therefore weather dependent and if we experience heavy rain, the ground may become muddy and the grass may well get churned up. Whilst our team will do what they can to prevent this, it does mean that mobility across the site may become compromised and we do ask you to be mindful of this and are full aware when purchasing a ticket.
  • Is there camping at Cwtchlaa?
Unfortunately, there is no onsite camping available at the festival site.
  • Can I walk into the park?
Absolutely, keep an eye on the event signage on the day! Don't forget you will need to have purchased an event ticket for access to any part of the festival site and its vacinity.
  • Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately you can't bring your pet into the festival site. No animals are permitted anywhere within the festival site except for assistance dogs ONLY. This must be an assistance dog that is recognised by one of the official charitable organisations as members of Assistance Dogs UK. Kindly note: Therapy or emotional support dogs or animals are not classed as assistance animals. We do reserve the right to turn away dogs at the entrance gate who do not comply with this process or meet the requirements of an assistance animal.
  • Can I bring my own chair?
Absolutely, folding camping chairs are fine. Umbrellas and small sun shades are permitted as long as they do not restrict the view for other festival goers. Kindly note: We do not allow gazebos or full size tents in the festival site.
  • What's happening & when?
We have our main stage epic tribute acts, wellness classes, activity workshops & children's entertainment throughout the event. Please check back closer to the time for a full schedule.
  • Can I bring my own food & drink?
We have a fabulous array of food & drink on-site. No food or drink will be permitted into the festival, other than any specialist dietary requirements agreed in advance. Only unopened plastic bottles of water or refillable water bottles will be permitted onto site.
  • Are there bars on-site?
Yes, we have full bar facilities on-site.
  • Do you accept card payments?
Please keep an eye on your inboxes closer to the date for full information.
